Yesterday I had an "El-Deluxe-O" Day. The sun was shining and I was in a great mood. I felt better than I have in months! Even having 3 puppies smear vomit all over my car and pee a lake in it didn't dampen it. I was just plain happy.

Today - not so much.

"Do something each day that makes you happy. If you don't know what makes you happy, do things that used to make you happy."

That little comment came from a new-to-me-book, Life Lessons for Women by Cindy Francis. I bought the book at the library yesterday to help me write in my journal. I was just leafing through it when the saying caught my eye.

How many times have I thought I just don't have time to do something I WANT to do? How about you?

Would it change the world if we all did it? Would it end the war?
