So sorry. Give my love and kisses to the boy and prayers for both of you.

My comment went as a reply to Teal.

Good topic. Two of my "girls" are therapy dogs and we go all over the place. We have a "ruff readers" program at the public libraries in the summers and I go to those as well. I even ran such a program after school once a week when I was teaching. I really can't say who gets more out of the visits - the clients, the dogs, or me. I've met some of the most incredible people doing this and I wouldn't stop for love nor money.

I've been taking ginger off and on for over a year now. It was recommended to reduce nausea. Worked well for most of the problems. Now I take it on a prn basis. I also took glucosamine for many years on the recommendation of my pain doc. He said adding anything to it - condroitin, MSM or whatever has no effect so I took it the way you do. He dropped the recommendation a while ago because it can upset the digestive tract. I did notice a drop in my pain when I was taking it, but decided to drop it when I had all the nausea. I also take 4g fish oil gel caps for my arthritis, per my pain doc.
Now, I give the glucosamine to my arthritic dogs and fish oil to all three for their coats.
As for cost, I wait for the 2 for 1 sales at Walgreens.
Good topic, Randy.

Sickening. How many deserving families will go without decent housing as a result of this? ABC and the bank ought to be sanctioned, but it'll never happen.

I wish I'd seen the exploding pillow! Did you take pictures of the mess? File that one under, "Some day this will be funny"

I hope you do write the column, Sue. And post copies of every one of them here, on your blog!

What a wonderful memory, Randy. Did you ever do any of the Volksmarches there?

I'm so sorry for your loss. I've been there and I can't think of anything more difficult. I wish I had some words of wisdom for you but I the only thing I can think of is if you give your husband all the love you had for your baby, it might help both of you.

I haven't been to San Fran in over 30 years! Arrgh! How could I have let so much time pass? Anyway, thanks for giving me a taste of it. I loved it too.

Did it derail the prosecutor's train of thought? If so, he didn't need to make the objection after all.
