A day of quiet, peaceful reflection.

I wish all Americans and everyone around the world a day of peace and serenity as we all commemorate the many lives lost and lives destroyed by this tragic event 8 years ago.

One day where people everywhere can set fears and disagreements aside and focus on the goodness in the hearts of all and believe that although things like this tragedy do happen, the goodness in people's hearts will always strengthen and comfort and overcome all the evil in the world.

I will be very quiet today, and I will focus my mind and my heart towards those who are in pain and in grief of lives lost and memories cherished..

I wish all my American friends here and everywhere Peace, Love and Compassion.

Those whose lives were lost will never be forgotten.
