I
stayed at a different hotel this time. I am a member of agoda.com and I
do hotel reviews for them so I will be staying at a different hotel
every time I go back to Bali from now on. I get reward points for doing
reviews not only of the hotel but also reviews of different tourist
sites around Bali. The points add up to discount dollars off my next
hotel bill.
This is the hotel I stayed in last week, it's called the Best Western Hotel in Kuta.
Rooms were large and very comfortable. The pool area is nice and the restaurant is right next to it.
It also has a pool bar where you can sit on a bar stool in the water and order drinks and snacks.
This
building at the end of the pool is the spa and massage room. You get
pampered with all sorts of facials, massages, manicures and pedicures.
My room is the first one on the left. It was nice having a balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
It
was a three storey hotel and the elevator is one of those outside the
building with glass so you can look out into the pool area while going
up to your floor.
The
food at the restaurant was nice, I love seafood and generally have them
more often than not when I am in Bali. Seafood in Perth is so
expensive so I make the most of it when I go up because it's heaps
cheaper in Bali.
This is a seafood platter with a baked potato with sour cream.
I loved it so much I had it again another day.
I
went back to the restaurant by the beach where you sit inside a pool
while having a meal. This time I had lobster thermidore and a friend
who came with me had grilled King prawns, both dishes were totally
scrumptious.

It
was high tide and you can see the ocean from where we were sitting.Â
Usually at this time of day you cant see the water as the restaurant is
up higher.
That's all the photos of my trip this time. Going back again in October so will take some more of different places.
