I am going to continue to hope that Pres Obama does have the guts and the will to do what is right regardless of the consequences. It's a tough job but it will prove that he cares for the real issues and not about getting re-elected.

Yes I do Joan, it really upsets me too because when you fight fire with fire you are reduced to their level and treated as though you are one of them. I have a real bug-bear about being perma-banned from blogster because it puts me in the same category as those people and I really am not like them. I just got very fed-up with being treated so badly and stood up for myself. The people with the ban hammer didnt take the time or the trouble to figure it out about me and treated me with the same contempt. It sucks!!!!

you know, for every one person who doesnt like you or doesnt agree with you for one reason or another, there are ten to twenty that do. You should focus on them and ignore/forget the idiots who choose to give you a hard time. Those of us who love reading your articles and interacting with you will miss you very much if you leave. Dont let the few idiots do that to you and to us.

I think we ladies somehow (instinctively) know our own bodies better than any medical practitioner. It is good that you listen to yourself and are aware of what you need.

I hope Ed gets better and better everyday, it is a good sign that he is doing what he wants to do...he will know when he needs to stop and have a rest.

I for one dont want that much equality between men and women. I dont believe women should be any less of a human being than the men but I do believe common sense, chivalry, respect for the individual is important without going stupid about political correctness. I like being a woman and I like that men are the strong ones...it doesnt mean I am less of a person or should be treated as a weaker being. In this particular case, as far as I'm concerned it is irrelevant whether one can beat the other...it is just plain stupid, that's all.
