I've now embarked upon my journey to wellness via physical therapy. They tell me that one can't get well from back surgery without this torture. Yesterday, I had my first visit. I was surprised that it went so well and except for one horrible exercise, I really didn't mind the experience. But..... by last evening and today... I am in major pain. Soooo.... I just took a pain pill and as soon as it starts to work, I will do my daily, at home routine. If you hear some loud moaning and groaning, it will be me. And... I won't be having "sex"... just doing my physical therapy. lol
