Dug a pit and arranged 3 inches of pea gravel in it, and it's level. We call it The Grave. It is the base for a standby generator that we will need if there are wildfires in the area or power outages for other reasons.

Moved a huge old 1950s propane tank (those old ones are heavier) to the required spot to meet building code clearances. It's on a slope, so he had to use math to figure out how deep to dig the holes for the support blocks based upon the degree of slope and the distance between the feet. All did not go smoothly, but it finally came together.

Yes, it's ugly as sin. It's been behind the garage for 30 years. Some paint will improve it, but it'll still be big and ugly, like putting lipstick on a pig.
THEN, I discovered that the little Jazz Mama storage building has a leaking roof so he dug out the rubber rolled roofing his cousin (who works for a roofing manufacturing company) gave us a couple of years ago, and they got it up there on the roof ready to be anchored somehow.

Fortunately, my 'precious treasures' and vast (inherited) fabric collection were not damaged. There just happened to be a large cooking pot on the shelf right under where the leak was and it caught most of the water.
He was stung by a wasp in the course of this project so while he waited for them to settle down he repaired a hole in the sprinkler pipe that the beavers chewed last summer.

And right now he's installing a new toilet in the upstairs bathroom.
Whew!
P.S. I forgot: Friday the septic guy came and located the access port at the Brown Palace - 2 feet underground. He and his wife dug it out, but Mr. Tbend had to load all that dirt into the wheelbarrow and haul it away, took him a couple of hours. We're going to put a riser on the port so it doesn't have to be dug out for servicing next time.
