The neighbors (that's what I call whomever is renting the cabin next door) left this morning. This particular group is like a frat party, except they are all around 30. These four guys come from Kansas City and stay four days, getting as much fly fishing into that time as they can. They were gone a lot, but did some fishing here on our part of the river. The rest of the time (that would be from dark to whenever they went to bed around midnight) they apparently drank lots and lots of beer and water. Our recycling bins runneth over.
So we spent a few hours getting the place ready for the next guests. I thought this one outfit was coming today, but they didn't show up, so the next ones are Thursday.
Mr. Troutbend decided to overhaul the back patio over there. He tightened the hardware on the picnic table, put fresh caulk along the foundation where it meets the concrete, and tightened up the duckboard (slatted board thing in front of the door to knock the dirt peoples' shoes).
