Most Hazardous Food

A doctor was addressing a large audience in Oxford....

"The material we put into our stomachs should have killed most of us sitting here, years ago. Red meat is full of steroids and dye. Soft drinks corrode your stomach lining. Chinese food is loaded with MSG. High trans-fat diets can be disastrous and none of us realizes the long-term harm caused by the germs in our drinking water.

But, there is one thing that is the most dangerous of all and most of us have, or will eat it. Can anyone here tell me what food it is that causes the most grief and suffering for years after eating it?"

After several seconds of quiet, a 70-year-old man in the front row raised his hand, and softly said, "Wedding Cake."

I almost didn't read that email, but it was one of the few worth passing along.

Funny you mentioned this.Just received a letter on this about Hazard food.
Did not bother to opened it.The catch to buy the book of course.
That is why and all the years that we eat the food,it is bound to catch up with us.Blood pressure, liver, kidney and you know the rest .
My motto:eat and enjoy and plenty of wedding cake.
I will stick to the apples.

I always wonder how good those books are, the ones that are advertised to us old folks.

I want something loaded with MSG for my birthday dinner, next month.

Several years ago I bought a big thing of Accent (MSG) just to find out what all the fuss was about. Every so often I remember to add it to something I'm cooking, but I never sat there and said "Yes, it really makes a difference."
