Haven't been on computer because it seems the angle I hold my arms aggravates the arm pain--but Nooooo, it hurts no matter how I hold it or use it, so I said to hell with it and use it anyway.
Yesterday I had four new tires put on, Uniroyals that Western Auto ordered for me. I had the best of the old ones saved to use for a spare. Okay, that's done. Also, the loggers haven't been around since last Friday; that makes me feel better.
But I found something else to get riled up about--you president, Georgie Bush, aiming to change the Endangered Species Act. In essence, Federal agencies would decide for themselves whether highways, dams, mines and other construction projects might harm endangered animals and plants.
That's like letting the fox guard the henhouse. Why don't these Federal agencies go ahead and do what they really want to do--go into any territory they please and machine gun and use a scorched earth policy to wipe out troublesome things like endangered species so they can go ahead and build whatever they want? (This is me being sarcastic of course, but with current mindset, maybe not far from the truth.)
The time will come when Federal agencies will come through and machine gun anyone who protests their actions, then go after the endangered species. Oh wait a minute--that's essentially what our country did to the Native Americans, isn't it? Been there, done that.
