I designed one for me. His colors are a bit intense, he's missing gray in his hair, the position of his PDA is weird, and I'm not built like a pear, but other than that he looks "just like me".

There is also a site where you can create a South Park Character. Mine looked like me, right down to the facial hair and glasses!
