What a nice day--78 and sunny (but windy). And the 7 day forecast says more 60's and 70's to come. I usually don't even think about gardening until mid-April, but this has me getting a head start, time permitting. We may pay for this nice weather down the road.
Unfortunately, I had to spend quite a bit of the last several days inside. Two days ago, I transported my sister to and from an oral surgeon, and sat all afternoon in the waiting room while she had three bone grafts (and some sinus thing) implanted in her upper molar region. I've been "nursing" her along these past two days as she's been pretty much out of it. Poor dear.
I took her to our father's today so I could go babysit my grandson. She says she'll be okay to babysit tomorrow (with help from her twin sister maybe). My daughter's regular babysitter (her mother--my ex) went to California, so we're all filling in the best we can.
Maybe tomorrow I can get in some golf before I do Lions Club eye screening for incoming kindergartners and a highway trash cleanup. So much to do, so little time.
