To help me keep my resolutions, I thought I'd share my progress with you:
My resolutions this year are as follows:
eat healthier
I have definitely been eating healthier. I make sure I eat my fruit and veggies every day and have significantly cut back on the junk food. I've lost 6 pounds.
exercise more
I am exercising more and more every day. We got the Wii FIT program and I am working out with it 6 out of 7 days a week.
gossip less
I really don't have anything to gossip about, so I'm not truly being tested. Given juicy news, I'm not super confident that I wouldn't want to share it with my closest girlfriends.
laugh more
I am laughing more and actually have scheduled 3 "play dates" with close friends, in the next 2 monts, that my husband and I enjoy spending time with. Hanging with good friends on a regular basis is always good for more laughs.
spend less
I am cutting more coupons and buying less than I normally would. There is less junk food being purchased and that is saving me money on our grocery bill. And on my last trip to the thrift store, I scored (3) pair of jeans and (1) hoodie for my teenaged daughter, (2) pair of jeans and a shirt for my teenaged son AND (3) books for my granddaughter... all for LESS than $22.00!

In my world of having a fabulous husband, great kids, wonderful parents and terrific friends, this is the easiest thing I find to do.
