The image of that cat getting all over the car is hysterical!
What a nice gesture to put so much thought into his gift. I'm with Kristy on the Vegas alone idea. I'd go with him if I could, . What about a video of edited home movies and/or family photos set to his favorite old tunes? That is a tough one. I can't think of anything else as I'm pretty sure as people age, they want less and less material things... hmmmmm Good luck, keep us posted in your thought process.
How terrific. My husband made sauce for the first time the other day and it was fabulous. The last of it was eaten on top of spaghetti squash. Yum. It's gone now, so he needs to make more and we have a ton of tomato's with which to make it. Have fun Jon.
I would have been FREAKING out!
Great pics Marg. It looks like beautiful scenery.
Thanks for the toilette warning Marg. You are so funny.
I love Greek food, but sadly my hubby doesn't so I don't get it as often as I'd like.
Have annual checkups?
Oh Gosh! That is priceless! It reminds me of how we'll always find a "hidden" egg from the Easter Egg hunt that we have for the kids every year. Luckily the eggs are just the plastic kind filled with candy, though a real egg would likely "give away" it's hiding spot much sooner as it spoils.
My library books are due today. That girl looks arrogant and entitled in her photo. She got what she deserved even if she can't realize it her pitiful self.
Thanks for sharing those lovely pics. We have nothing as gloriously beautiful within walking distance where I'm from.
Labor Day makes me weep. As well as what the holiday truly stands for, it reminds me that it's time to take up the gardens, make room in the garage for the patio furniture and find my ice scraper.
How crazy! You didn't get a thank you memo for coming in early for two days in a row, right??
It reminds me of how we have to pay a penalty if we underpay our federal taxes but we don't get any "bonus" for overpaying them. All we get is the refund of the overpayment.
