I'll be hitting the treadmill tonight as part of my training for the 10K. Now I absolutely love to sweat! Gotta get those toxins out and tighten up my skin as I drop the weight.
Nice. I don't think I knew that your last name rhymed with your first.
Awe, thanks! It all starts with small changes that you can make into habits and then keep building onto those habits. That's how I did it. I love that you are tracking your food and working some walking into your work day. That's fantastic!!!
Maybe you can join the 5K Walk for uncoverthecure.com and visit HW and I in LA this summer! I'd donate to you if you sign up!
Oh, so happy you are staying to keep Kraymer head company this weekend. Your friend will understand and you can make a trip to NC soon.
And it is silly to protest Disney for that. Sad that it's such a problem in our society though.
Congrats again on the escape from the 7th circle of hell! Ah, the free time will be wonderful for you, Spike, Kdawg and especially for Navy D!
I think we all have those co-workers. We have a kitchen stalker at my job - he waits till someone is in the kitchen and then he attacks with one of his "interesting" stories or details of his new favorite web site.
heck yeah, I'm proud of your one minute run! The fact that you opted to run for a minute instead of walking is fantastic! You chose to do more, so of course I'm proud!!!
I didn't start running until recently. I've had a whole year of hiking, walking, spinning, weight training and dropping 50 pounds before taking on running. LOL! But I'm so proud of you for busting out a whole minute! That's so awesome!
Still thinking good thoughts for the Bubba!
Not just you, those are funny little tid bits!
nice!
Hang in there sweetie. Kraymer head will be just fine. I have faith!
right back at ya, babe!
Hope you can find some relief and soon. Missed you around here!
Well, this time I'll only think good happy thoughts for Kraymer head's speedy recovery and your future in the Farm Sanctuary!
7 hours! ...makes me happy to be single. LOL!
Yes, crossing fingers and saying prayers that the swelling goes down very soon!
