Today, inspired by SS, I'm making the push for a healthier lifestyle. I pledge to fuel my body better and work it out! I weighed this morning, and it wasn't pretty. I have a small notebook to keep in my purse to record what I eat. This always helps me make smarter choices. I've ordered walking shoes, and I can't wait for them to get here. The goal is to walk to the train station from my house in the morning and then back again at night. I think it is right around a mile and a half. That's my goal!
And I'm hoping to get to the gym three times a week. I'll be happy if I walk and make it twice a week for weightlifting. I wish I could try spin class, but it doesn't fit into my weekday schedule. This is a start and someday I hope to look like SS!!!!!
