I'm approaching my one year anniversary to truly committing to a full lifestyle change to become a healthier and happier person. I've made leaps and bounds in this change. Yes, I still have a few hangups like self body image and the stress of unpaid bills... but you should have seen me a year ago. Trust me - leaps and bounds, people.
I do feel like I've created a momentum that keeps me going, keeps me counting my calories, keeps me strength training, keeps me going to Spin Class, keeps me making healthy choices and keeps me improving my health. I can't go a day without some form of exercise.
And tomorrow I'm off to conquer that hike again with CK and another friend. I'm so excited that I want it to be tomorrow morning already so I can go now!
I was "hiking" local trails almost every weekend in the Summer and Fall but even the mild Winter here in LA kept me and my friends off the trails. But it's officially Spring and I've got hiking fever!
Momentum, take me away! LOL
