I think it's both cute and interesting that the older women keep telling me to stop losing weight. According the standard BMI scale I'm still at the high end of the healthy range for my height. Which is far from where I was last year in the obese range for my height:

I'm very happy with all that I have accomplished this past year. And I've gained more patience, confidence, and understanding in my pursuit of healthiness. I'm always going to be fighting with my metabolism but I've been building the tools within myself to keep on track.
Now if I could just stop craving chocolate... LOL
