Dating Woes
After a week of getting my head straightened out from vertigo I was really looking forward to my date on Friday night. Unfortunately Silas had to work all weekend finishing up a restaurant.
And the strange texts from the musician keep coming. I'm not sure what he wants because it never goes anywhere. And then even stranger he called me yesterday. I was at an afternoon party and by the time I was home he was at an evening one so nothing came of that either.
A whole weekend went by and I didn't see either guy.
I got a promise that Silas will call me tonight but at this point a phone call is not what I'm looking for. I'm not sixteen anymore.
The drama itself is promising to climax on Wednesday as both men have mentioned being at my birthday celebration at a nearby bar. So this should be entertaining for me and my friends who know that I have two potential men in my life right now.
Silas knows of the musician and if the musician has been reading my posts on FB then he knows there's another man. Which might be why he's acting so strange.
Honestly I just want to meet the man I'll spend the rest of my life happily with and skip all the dating drama. But in the meantime I have no choice and I'll just think of it as to something to do during my funemployment.
Dating actually seemed like it might be easy last weekend but it's kicking me square in the tushy.
