On July 22, 2008, I added a post on Blogster which I titled "How Christian The Lion Became a You Tube Sensation." I thought this was an interesting little story that people might enjoy.
I have a hit counter on my site to see how many hits that I get on any given day. The first day I put up the post I got 136 hits, which is quite good. Normally a site will pull good the first day, a little the next day, then begin to die. But look at this. On the eighth day, it pulled 630 people! That is just beyond unbelievable.
And it is still pulling after 23 days--almost a month! Of my 36 hits today, 33 of them are the Christian The Lion Blog!! Isn't that just incredible?
But here's something that is even more incredulous! Not one time was this listed as the most popular blog during this incredible run! In fact, it never ever made the "top 10". Can someone explain to me how a post can have 630 hits in one day and not even register on the Blogster radar!!!

I can't explain Blogster. I only go there to visit Larry (the artist) and one other person once in a while.

I was confused by all those slide show and movie camera icons and links and had to scroll and scroll and didn't know what to click on for the story, or was the story there in your blog. I dunno - it was confusing. But what do I know?
was that on Blogster or here? if blogster, well ya know how messed up they are/were

Thanks friend~

You got my vote!!!!Maybe you should show or mention this to Eddie. You always have such variety in your posts and lots of humor.Does Eddie pick the featured Blogger?I have noticed people with a lot less hits than you get featured.
I don't blog enough to ever be featured.I have to spend too much time taking care of my Mom.You do deserve to be Featured in my book.
