Well . . . hubs was vacuuming this morning and one little bend-over caused a bit of a howl.
He walked over to the kitchen to get some ibuprofen and I could see the "S" curve of his spine.
He's been flat on his back for the last 4 hours. I put an ice pack under his lower back.
When he gets the "S" curve, it can land him in bed for days. He hasn't had this in years, thx to the fact that he's in PT.
Hopefully, the ice will bring back the circulation where he needs it at least to the point where he can do stretching exercises.
I hope going to storage yesterday didn't trigger this. Yikes.
poor thing I hope he has a speedy recovery
