By force, I had to go to a new meeting tonight, rather than attending my usual Friday morning meeting. I had a 1 pound gain, but we're not sweating that. I usually gain between 3 and 4 pounds daily from eating and drinking a ton of water. I don't alter that even on weigh-in days. Since I weighed so late in the day (6pm) today, it showed a small gain, which I am guessing is actually a 2+ pound loss. I've been 100% on program for FOUR WEEKS! WOO HOO!
On another note, all cookbooks at WW meeting centers are half off. I got one for $5, called Best Eats. I'm about to check it out now and see what yummy creations I can make this week and in the near future.
