Am all dressed to go to the grocery store and to SteinMart. I started to dress Sunday morning and need to either press clothes or buy some new ones. Ha!! Yesterday, I pressed mine and sister's also.
But am still going to buy new ones, if any suit my fancy. I always go with an open mind when shopping and when "I see it, I will know". My closet, both walk-ins are bulging, but women need to keep their spirits up by shopping. OKay!! I am giving some to the Purple Heart tomorrow. And that makes room for the new ones.
It is still "warm" here, but I don't mind. Sit outside every day for my vitamin D. And I am getting a little tan.
If I had a swimming pool, I might look like I swam the river into Texas. Ha!! My grandfather used to call me "pepper belly" anyway, I was one of the three grandchildren that took after him. He had a little indian in him from somewhere - was tall, very handsome and a wonderful man. After I grew up, I learned that all his bark wasn't bite. I wasa a bit afraid of him when I was little. I have missed him a lot since he left us.
Come to think about it, all my really good friends and loved ones have "left". That's one problem of living long -your friends and family don't always.
Have a good week, all you friends,
Nena
