Yesterday, I told you about the washer woes - that was just the beginning.
Went to the store to buy a large envelope to mail my amended 1040 and while I was gone, my dear sister fell about 4 times and when I came home, she was sitting on the fire-place bricks and couldn't stand up. She had tried to get up so many times, that her poor legs were gone and we could not get her up. Son John was at lunch and came by and helped me get her into a wheel-chair.
And the a/c went out and the repair man was here most of the afternoon trying to get it going. The computer board had shorted out and done something to the "thing" outside as well as the thermostat. Needless to say, that cost a bunch of money.
We are both concerned over what is in the future for her - and me, as I don't want her to be alone anywhere. We are bouncing ideas around and hope we can find in the home help for her. She is a wonderful, plucky person and doesn't deserve all the bad health she has. But I guess God knows best. We both just prayed and went on to sleep.
Today our dear Blancha comes and cleans up all the mess we have made since she was here last time. I have my bathroom in a mess - have the ironing board up and all my laundry for a week on it to be put away. Good thing I have a huge room. I must get to it so she can clean the room.
As you can see, we need prayers.
