The AAA people finally got here about 12 noon and jumped my battery. Told me to just let it run about 10 minutes and it would be okay. WELL, I let it run more than than, backed it out of the garage and started down the drive way. Then it quit running and rolled out into the street, blocking one lane. Can you beat that?

Called AAA again and they sent a wrecker this time - got here 30 minutes later, and took me to the dealership. My car is still over there and I have not heard a word from them. They are probably trying to see just how much they can charge me. Ha!! I am car less and it feels pretty bad.

I had such a nice week planned, but that's all down the drain. Put ice packs on my swollen leg and today it is down a lot. And doesn't hurt as much when I walk on it. Guess that's something to be thankful for. My ulcer has quit pinging also. Guess I am on the road to recovery again.

Enough of my woes. I promise I won't moan again for a while. I am a better person than that, really!! I know there are many out there, who have much more devasting problems. Mine can be solved with money and patience.

I will try to find some good jokes to read for the rest of the day and laugh and giggle.
