1. What do you add to your coffee? At work: a package of hot chocolate. At Tim Hortons: a double-double. At home: skim milk n’ sugar.

2. What are you reading now? I always have a million books on the go that I switch between, depending on what I feel like reading – spirituality, Reiki, travel, writing, etc. But to name the top three that I last picked up, it would be: Rick Steve’s Europe through the Back Door, Fodor’s Vienna to Salzburg, and Story by Robert McKee.

3. Do you own a gun? Does a pellet gun count?

4. Are you registered to vote? DO you vote? You betcha.

5. Do you get nervous before doctor appointments? Nah.

6. What do you think of hot dogs? Veggie dogs are okay, but only when cooked over a campfire.

7. Favorite Christmas Song? O Holy Night. Those high-pitched parts give me goose bumps.

8. What do you prefer to drink in the morning? Coffee n’ water.

9. Can you do push ups? Yeah sure, if I had to I guess…

10. What was the name of your first boyfriend/girlfriend? Joseph in junior kindergarten. But years later I learned that even though he was my boyfriend who showered me with affection in the classroom, he was actually double-crossing me and was my friend Wendy’s boyfriend outside school-yard hours. The nerve!

11. What's your favorite piece of jewelry? My engagement ring. It’s the only piece of “real” jewelry I wear.

12. Favorite hobby? Writing, painting, cooking.

13. Do you work with people who idolize you? Ha. Umm... no.

14. Do you have ADD? Yes, usually between 1:00 – 4:00 on Friday afternoons.

15. What's one trait that you hate about yourself? Gosh… I don’t know. I don’t really “hate” anything about myself.

18. Name 3 things you bought yesterday. Umm… I didn’t buy anything yesterday. But the last three things I bought were a veggie sandwich at the café next door on Wednesday. Dinner at the pub on Tuesday. A dress for Bro n’ GF’s wedding on Tuesday.

20. Current worry right now? What I’ll do about work if/when we get our development funding.

23. How did you bring in the New Year? With J n’ RM at our apartment -- all dressed up and no where to go.

29. Can you whistle? Since I was two!

31. Could you be a pirate? Only if I could be Jack Sparrow’s wench. :oP

32. What songs do you sing in the shower? When I’m in the shower, I sing along with whatever is playing on my iPod. (I have some little speakers set up in the bathroom.) But I mostly sing along with songs by Fiona Apple, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin and Jack Johnson.

34. Favorite boy's name? I don’t know if I really have a favourite…

35. What's in your pocket right now? Nothing… maybe some lint?

36. Last thing that made you laugh? RM telling me how he keeps catching himself humming the old tune “Crazy” during his group therapy sessions.

37. Best bed sheets as a child? Strawberry Shortcake

38. Worst injury you've ever had? When I was 8, I got big gash across the left side of my forehead after hitting my head on the dashboard during a car accident. I had to get 32 stitches. Interesting fact: I had fallen asleep during the car ride, and slept through the whole thing. When I woke up after the accident, I didn’t know why I was bleeding and felt no pain because the gash had severed the nerve or something. Quite the blessing!

39. Do you love where you live? Location-wise, yes. The Okanagan is gorgeous. Home-wise, yeah, sure… I really like my apartment a lot, but wouldn’t mind owning a house someday if it wasn't so damn expensive in this area.

40. How many TVs do you have in your house? Four – can you believe it?! And we hardly ever watch TV! We have one in the living room, one in our bedroom, another in the spare bedroom, and the fourth stacked in a closet. Why on earth do we have so many TV’s?!

41. Who is your loudest friend? RM has a very loud hearty laugh.

42. How many dogs do you have? None. I have two cats.

43. Does someone have a crush on you? Umm… not that I’m aware of. I’m sure J doesn’t count as a “crush”.

44. What are the most fun things you ever did? The rollercoasters at Canada’s Wonderland are always a blast, although I haven’t been there in a few years. My Wild West Adventure with my pal Heather was a ton of fun. Umm… I don’t know… I can’t say what has been the “most” fun. Almost every weekend J n’ I go out and do something together I always find myself exclaiming, “This is the best day ever! I’m having the most fun!” …even if we’re just running a few errands, going for a walk, or grabbing lunch downtown. Yeah… I guess you could say that I’m terribly easy to please.

45. What are your favorite books? I really love the Seth Speaks series, even though I’ve only read a couple of them -- The Nature of Personal Reality, Dreams and Projections of Consciousness, and The Eternal Validity of the Soul.

46. What is your favorite candy? I really like Hot Lips. I haven’t had them in years though.

47. Favorite Team? I’m totally not a sports person. Living in BC everyone seems to root for the Canucks, so sometimes to stir the pot I’ll tell people that I cheer for the Ottawa Senators (because I grew up near Ottawa) or Toronto Maple Leafs (because I lived in Toronto for about four years, and I find that some folks out west really dislike Toronto for some reason.) But in all honestly, I really couldn’t care less about sports teams.

48. What songs do you want played at your funeral? I wish I knew. When I was a teenager there was this really pretty song I learned at summer camp and I said, “I want this song played at my funeral.” But now I can’t remember that song for the life (or death) of me!

49. What were you doing 12 AM last night? Sleepy time. I go to bed around 11.

50. What was the first thing you thought of when you woke up? “Go away Luna!” Friggin’ cat was climbing around my head, purring in my face, and chewing on my hair. Her morning routine.
