Some of you may have been following my posts on FB today:

FB: ***Loves watching people pay for their ignorance! A 'Council' refuse truck drove down our street and got stuck in the snow! He phones his mate in the council, now he's stuck in the snow.Now there's no room for a plough truck or gritters haha! This is too good! Should have gritted b4 you stupid...

FB:***I wonder how much I could sell a bag of grit for? Well starting price is £136.00! That's what I paid for Council Tax this month!!!

FB:*** I've never seen nothing like this, I'm astonished and am glad to be a shrewd buisness woman after what I just saw! A plough truck came down and instead of ploughing the street it freakin 'Towed' the refuse truck! UN-FREAKIN-BELIEVABLE! They left us here with the snow! And to think I was going to give the a cuppa coffee and a mince pie! Grrr.

FB:***Well all said and done, I don't see any point in getting upset about it. Bottom line is we witnessed the Council stoop to an all *new* level of LOW!

Now im not being funny...! 'How much do you think it cost the Concil to pay the man with the plough attatchment to drag that refuse truck out of here? My bet is, Alot less than it would have cost them to put grit down last week b4 all the snow started!!

Anyway, I'm not bitter anymore (I lie terribly), it's just anoying knowing that my friend broke her ankle crossing the road last week beause of the ice and still nothing was done about it. But if one refuse truck gets stuck they come out in droves! Talk about looking after your own!!! They're a P*** taking breed of their own, and next time they get stuck in this street, i'm going to stick an 'Out of Order' sign on my cctv cameras and let the Gypo's go to town on them.
I sooooooo know that there must have been 30 pairs of eyes watching the council guys from the thicket, just waiting in anticipation for them to abandon their vehicle. The gypo's wouldn't have left much I can tell you. LOL

About 4pm I saw yellow flashing lights in the street, and watched them grit the street. Not too freaking soon either!!!
