til freedom...
til my weekend begins...
I can hardly wait!
Last night I decided to heck with the cravings of grilled cheese meltiness and I stopped by Trader Joe's for some essential ingredients for a wonderful din din. I got Tuscan bread, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, and fresh organic tomatoes. I got home, buttered up the bread and proceeded to make a melt out of the above ingredients and MAN was it divine! I also bought some frozen wedge fries --- it was a perfect meal. I am doing the same tonight! YAY!
We are going to watch Grey's from last week and last night back to back tonight since we missed em both. Should be a nice, chill, kick back evening. Of course I will open a bottle of 2 buck chuck (cheap but decent wine from Trader Joe's) to go along with it all. Yummy.
Tomorrow we are going to a free wine tasting, then to a linner (lunch/dinner) at a place with lots of veggie fare. Exciting times! Then we will rest up for our trek to the land where we might live someday.
Sometimes I feel like anything is possible, other times I feel like all is lost. I wish there was some sort of middle ground. Random, I know, but such is my life.
HAPPY FRIDAY!
