We went and gambled Sunday night to Monday. It was FUN FUN FUN even though there was some money lost. Haha It was worth it...

On the way there we stopped at a very nice winery, and on the way home we did the same. I suggested we get a glass of wine from a place we both knew and sit outside and split a cheese plate. It was lovely, aside from the HEAT! When the wind blew it was just perfect though…

Next weekend we are going to the lake. I can’t wait for this. My parents have been traveling Germany and I haven’t talked to them in weeks, so I can not wait til I can actually talk to them on the phone again, let alone see them in person. YAY! I think they will be back home by tonight... I hope they had a marvelous trip, and I am sure that they did. They took some sort of river boat tour through a river in Germany. That’s all I know. Hehe

R and I have been talking weddings. He has not yet proposed. Crazy right? But we’re debating right now if May 1st will be too cold in NY to have a wedding... it's the only time available for a few of the places we have looked... Of course it’s LATE to be inquiring about wedding space for early next year, but still... we also have tossed around the idea of a Sunday night wedding. It’s cheaper and a lot more dates are available! I dunno how people would feel about having to take extra days off though – but I think then we’d be able to make it a summer wedding. My goal is to get married on a boat while cruising one of the Finger Lakes in NY. I think it sounds WONDERFUL! We shall see.

Anywho – I am once again ecstatic about the upcoming weekend. It’s going to be a long weekend for me too!!! Exciting times...
