The parentals are set to arrive in about 25 hours. I can hardly wait! Last night R and I made a kick arse cleaning team. R actually made up a list of what we needed to do. I was SO IMPRESSED with the man!! We then spent the evening cleaning bathrooms, clearing off tables from months worth of junk mail and cleaning cleaning cleaning. It wasn’t fun in the least but knowing we were both putting forth such an effort, well, it wasn’t so bad. At around 9pm we sat down on the couch to watch some TV and enjoy a glass of wine. Awesome. Tonight we have more cleaning to do, but I figure we’ll follow the same pattern and wind down at around 9pm. Then whatever is left I will take care of tomorrow morning, since I took the day off of work. Awesome!

Tomorrow afternoon we plan on taking the parentals to an early dinner at one of our fave spots, then we will take them to a neighborhood watering hole to play some trivia and possibly to meet SB. After those festivities we'll head home to watch a movie, probably slumdog millionaire.

I have to work on Saturday morning until about 3 or 4, then we plan on taking them to a wine tasting nearby and then off to the fave watering hole which they went to last time they were in town and they liked it a lot. :0)

Sunday and Monday (I am on furlough on Monday - love my furcation!) are up in the air but I know we’ll think of fun things to do. I am so excited! Tuesday I took the day off of work as well because I want to practice practice practice my speech for my *initial debut* as a dog trainer! EEK! But I hope that with practice will come confidence. Dare to dream!
