Well i was number 165 of 1962 in bankruptcy. Will never forget the lawyer who filled out the papers for gratis, and gave me the best advice ever, even told me to see the bank manager ( he had already spoken to him about me) to get a loan for a block of land and start building a house.

WAY TO GO --outback town LYNDHURST is near a talc mine where Talc Jack lives he has a studio where he carves just abouteverything and earns a living selling to tourists,
Silverton another near ghost town has a lot of artists living there --once again selling to tourists
