the centre is the knife goes on first in front of worm the other 2 are plates ie different size off meat minced----fits on bench by tightening the clamp and works by suction---- if you can-- fastend by another g clamp as sometimes the suction wont work.
still have the one that fastens by clamp only , this model you have mostly wont work by suction alone then becomes loose on bench causing much swearing

just about driven all heavy equipment back before when you needed a license, now i;m not allowed on a forklift without one. Not that i want too.

Definately not for the faint hearted to see actual photographs. the death penalty has been abolished here in all states. It astonishes me how a person can be on death row for years before his execution over there
