A groundhog got most of our harvest, including every single cob of corn and every pumpkin.I hate wildlife.
Yay for facebook!
I have a friend like that, too (you'll probably know who based on my facebook page). They are absolutely invaluable.
Try to break down your chores so that they aren't as overwhelming.
Why mixed feelings?
I have all three children home tomorrow (PA Day). I have mixed feelings about that.
I always take my purse because it holds too much stuff that I always seem to need...diapers, bottles, money, keys, gum for the boy, cough drops for me...no wonder my shoulders ache, eh?
And good luck to any thieves trying to cash a cheque of mine! Wouldn't get them very far!!!
Fingers crossed.
And welcome back. I used to be really fond of your writing when you were devilwoman back in the day.
Yay for you all around! Profits, running well and being hit on to boot!
Chris Rock, the comedian, said something about any time a man talks to a woman, what he's really saying is, "want some d*ck?"
Hmmm...that *is* something to think about.
I have had a lifelong love of thrift stores. Your post makes me want to go shopping!
Yay!
She will miss you while you're gone and look forward to your return.
I have a basic cell phone for emergencies. I travel by car a lot and I'm often alone. Safety first.
I use facebook to keep in touch with friends who live far away, like Melodie, so that I can keep on top of what is happening in their lives (like her movie premiering in several cities across Canada..very exciting).
But I do take a lot of technology "breaks" and don't miss the technology much while I'm gone. Just the people.
Yay again!
I am Canadian. I pay about as much attention to American politics as Americans pay to Canadian politics. Therefore, posts like these go over my head because I don't know who you're talking about, what the current event was, etc.
It was a compliment.
Didn't look too dead to me!
I pay American politics about as much attention as Americans pay Canadian politics. But I met a woman over the summer who was named Kat and it made me think of you so I still wanted to pop over.
I love that you can keep track of your "parts". I try to do that but tend to get sidetracked.
All In The Family re-runs were banned in my house when I was a kid because Archie reminded my mother too much of her father.
With a review like that, how can I not rent it?I think my girls would like it.
Oh my, that does sound good. We have dessert at our house once a week and I think I will try this tomorrow.
