Local artist Jon Adams shows Connie Lewis his representation of two Van Gogh paintings, "Cottages at Auvers" and "Wheatfield with Cypresses." Adams has merged the two paintings into one mural on a 10-gallon trash can donated to the Tiffin Art Guild auction Sunday afternoon.

(That lady is my first cousin! And my trash can auctioned for $270. All proceeds benefit the Guild's treasury.) Like I wrote earlier, no more freebies until next year. Gotta raise my own cash for cat food.
