Because it tastes so very good I want to give the prescription of making it.
That doesn't mean i will start writing a cooking book here, just once a "how to cook" .
Ingredients:
about 1 pound of minced meat
about half a pound of fungus/mushrooms
little box of fat creamed cheese with garlic and herbs (we have the brand Boursin cheese)
2 eggs
1 onion
about 1 pound of spinach (with a bit of cream)
grated cheese
puff paste
First bake the minced meat in crumbs and add the fine cut onion through.
When baked brown add the scrambled egg (with pepper and salt) and stir well. Then add the sliced mushrooms.
When ready add the boursin cheese and stir till cheeses is melted. Finally add all spinach and stir till all is cooked-through.
Meanwhile grease a pastry mould. Put puff paste at bottom and sides. Put in the mix of meat, mushrooms and spinach. Put the grated cheese on it and on top of the filling also put some puff paste.

Put all in a oven and bake for about 30 minutes..... delicious!
The Greek here makes a lot spinach thing.
