Good Wee Hours of the Morn, MyBloggerstown:
Yes, here I am at 3 in the morning blogging and feeding my face. Made salmon patties for supper last night and I am polishing them off now. I do love left overs for, well.... breakfast.
Everyone has gotten all moved out/in for the most part. I am continually confused about who lives where now. Niece Lulubelle's dogs have voiced their opinions on the move. In fact, they left little piles of their "opinions" throughout the house a few days after the move. Piglet the cat, not to be outdone, threw up on Wednesday's bed but seems better now. The children seem happy with their new digs, though and Lulubelle is thrilled with her new and expanded kitchen space.
Gas here in Cowsnot is around $1.90 a gallon. Its swell but it will not last. Before too long, gas will be at $4 or $5 a gallon, I predict. Everything else has gone up in price, however. Rent, electric, cable, etc. have all increased and taken a big, wet, bite out of the princely $15 raise I got on my Social Security. Jeez, why do they even bother.
Weather seems to have moderated for a while at least. Hasn't snowed for minutes. Redneckmobile continues to run, knock wood (bugg knocks side of head). It is becoming more difficult for me to drive the stick shift as my knees and sholders ache more and more. What a drag it is getting old.
