Glenn is Alive! Yay! (Warning.. Spoilers)

I don't know how many of you watch "The Walking Dead" but I am a zombie junkie, as you might expect. Last night it was revealed that Glenn, one of the good guys, did not get chomped by zombies after all. I cheered and cheered ( and my neighbors pro'ly thought I was more nuts than they already suspect). Yes, yes, I know it is only a show and it is without a doubt the grossest program ever on non-premium tv but it is addicting, compelling, riveting. What chaps my butt is the abbreviated seasons of these shows. They show six or eight episodes of something then it goes on hiatus for months. Whatever happened to a series running all through the fall and winter then re-runs in the summer? It sucks royal. Ah, well...we are only pawns in their hands. Next week is the season finale. We will no doubt be left to wonder what the residents of Alexandria will do now that the walkers have broken through the town barrier. With all the war, hunger, disease, terrorism etc in the world, I am having vapors about a bunch of fictional people who may soon be zombie food. Yep, I got my priorities in order, all right.

Have a good week, everyone

I have the Space Channel (as in science fiction). I am happy.

We have to escape from the world occasionally so that is why zombies
and fictional characters get a big thumbs up from me. When it gets too
much for me, I read a little Jane Austen. Why did I never meet a
Mr. Darcy?

I'm the same about some other shows. I liked the early seasons of Walking Dead but lost track after the wife died. The other guy, the survivalist, was interesting and I hear there's some argument whether he's alive or dead. Hope he's alive because he was a bad guy who apparently became a good(er) guy?

That's okay--I was watching this week's episode of "The Big Bang" theory and at one point I was laughing so hard and loud I thought my neighbors would call the cops!!

Nothing wrong with having a favorite TV show. A friend of mine recently died from mixing drugs and alcohol, and the reason I KNOW it wasn't intentional suicide is there is another season of Downton Abbey yet to come. And then there's always re-runs and Netflix to keep those shows alive. (alive - Zombies, get it? )
