Howdy again, blog pals:
Well, I am still technically homeless. The Shady Pines Senior Complex and Psych Ward/ Dry Out Clinic/Flop House is still undergoing major repair from the water main break and resulting flood. According to the Cow Snot Housing Authority , the repairs will take 5 weeks....sheesh. When last we spoke they had ensconsed most of us "inmates" in a 5 star hotel in the area which we will call Big Russia. Its nice and all but I was getting bored. The thought of spending 5 weeks there, however sumptuous it may be was too much. And the behaviors of some of our more senile and/or insane fellow guests was too much to take and all of us from Shady Pines were being tarred with the same brush. Rumors abound about some Shady Pines folk smoking in non-smoking rooms, having pets in their rooms when Big Russia does not allow such, running up $300 long distance bills, outragious room service tabs , having romantic partners living in their room and eating on their dining priviledges. There was even one sorry sacka that had the gall to charge an new set of tires to their hotel room thinking Cow Snot Housing would foot the bill. I am not making any of this up . And these are the sort that Cow Snot Housing rents to. Now you know the kind of morons I have to deal with.
So, I have made other arrangements and have moved into brother Bubba'a guest room until repairs on Shady Pines are completed and I can move back into my own little home. Its better here. I sleep more soundly, I have more things to keep me occupied and I can see the kids more often, not to mention I get all the pet therapy I can handle. Plus I get all the cool snacks I can stuff in my face because Bubba, as you know, is the GM of Bypass Snacks and Chips Inc. And during the day everyone is either at work or school so I have the whole shootin' match to myself. Hey, it doesn't get much better than that, now does it?
So, that's about all that is happening with yer own Bugg. Will keep you aprised of events as they happen.
