I nebber makes Noo Yeer resolushuns. They are usually bad becuz you lie when yew make them, based on yer wishes. Wishes are foo-foo dust. They don't matter.

Doing is whut matters.

Yew got to go fer it. If yew makes a list of resolushuns and don't do them, yew are just kidding yerself.

Get out and walk, and do sum work to take off the fat. Fat don't go away just frum dieting or wishing. Yew have to play and work and get all sweaty or yew are just gonna stay fat. Yew must also stop binge eating. Eat smaller portions and don't eat anyfing white. That means dairy (all of it!) and taters. No choklat, ice creem or ssoda pop. Beer makes yew fat, even the lite beer. No candy, chips, peenuts or pretzels. Get serious!

If yer resolushun sez yew are gonna do sumfin, then do it. Stop talking about it.
