I get a kick out you calling it "the communist left", but you would have all sorts of problems if I referred to the conservatives as "the fascist right." I too love this country. I fought for it, as did my dad and my uncles. And yet I see Mr. Bush as doing SO MUCH HARM to its citizens with his ridiculous domestic policies, (removing our civil rights as if there was NO SUCH THING as The Constitution, and pandering to big business at the expense of the average, middle class American, such as myself.), and his narrow-minded and short sighted foreign policies that have turned most of the other countries with whom we share the planet against us! And I not even going to go into the environmental crimes that he has perpetrated upon the land(and, in the long run, our grandchildren). Please don't tell me that you love this country any more than I do. If so, I'll just have to call you a liar and discount your arguments as the ravings of a narrow-minded person who thinks his way is the only right way of viewing things. We both know that that's not true.
I'm not quite sure what you're talking about or who Linda is.
Oh, I don't know...I kinda enjoyed watching the wedgies...uh...I MEAN watching the Beach Volleyball Show every night! I am awfully proud of our kids over there, not so much for the medals they won, but for the sportsmanship and good manners that they showed the world. The pro athletes could learn A LOT from them!!!
Sounds like a HELL of a party coming up! Have a great time!!!!!! By the way, can't you be pro-life and still take birth control? I don't know, but I thought those folks were just anti-abortion. One of the best ways to lower the abortion rate is to increase birth control. No?
These freaking senior moments!!!
Nobody happened to find a set of car keys when they were rummaging around down there, did they? Just asking. I've looked everywhere else for the damned things!
If I got an invitation, I would have come to your pity party to attempt to console you! Everybody has bad days, kid. Everybody gets disappointed. The secret to not getting depressed when one dream falls through is to have another one waiting in the wings. Trust me. It works! I'm sorry you're a bit blue today! Really!
I think I would HATE quilting, but I sure do LOVE quilts! Especially, say, in December with a raging Nor'easter howling outside. Nothing better than to be snuggled up with your honey in a warm quilt by the fire!
Hi Gary. Nice digs! Nice to see you here at MyBloggers too!
Yep! i've seen his comments popping up on the blogs! Always nice to welcome a new blogger to MyBloggers!
WOW! I got a headache just READING this!!!!!
Doesn't sound like fun, but it a good thing to do for them!
Sounds like a GREAT weekend! Did you ever call the guy back? If so, what happened??????
I have become a HUGE fan of this sport, thanks to the Olympics!
Thank God the winds weren't bad, but the RAIN!!!!! Parts of FL have been soaked with 20 inches of water, and alligators are literally swimming in the streets!
