When I got off work tonight I had kind of a funny experience. I had to make a run to Kroger’s to pick up some pickling spice for the corned beef I am going to enjoy tomorrow.
Well there I was sitting in the parking lot trying to put together a shopping list in my head and listening to some Allman Brothers. And ya I guess I had it turned up a bit. Ok so I heard a horn honk-so I looked and there was a young black guy in an Escalade. Being the nice guy I am I rolled down my window and said “Ya”. Well this youngling asked me if I could turn my stereo down. He couldn’t hear his music.
It seems I was violating his space and my old fart rock n roll was drowning out his rap.
What ya gonna do? I turned it down.
Bet he was pissed that the old fart in the Saturn had a better stereo.
