Justifiable Homicide

It is now 7:21a,-yes I said AM on Saturday Morning. What makes that so special you ask. Well I have not had a Saturday and Sunday off work for about 3 years.
So what am I doing up you wonder?
Let me tell you, one of my employees, Ronnie, (the guy that works overnight in the monitor room) called me at 6:45 to tell me that his replacement Daniel had not showed up yet. Daniel was not due to be at work till 7:00am.
Daniel walked thru the door at 7:00am.
Ronnie and I had a small conversation about waking me up on my day off for no good reason.
It is now 7:30am and I am wide awake.
I have a gun.
If I kill Ronnie would that be justifiable Homicide?
Maybe I should just have another cup of coffee. After Ronnie’s and my little talk I bet he won’t call again.
