I had a horrendous day yesterday with the 2 tests--started with my having to get up at 6:30 AM--yes that is 6:30 AM!!--only to get to the hospital to find out the doctor's office didn't send the paperwork! Long story short--didn't have the tests done until 11 AM and they only lasted a total of 30 minutes! That isn't the worse part though! I called to get my ride home and was on hold for 32 minutes (with a recording telling me repeatedly how important I was!) until I finally, after speaking to 4 different people, was told my ride would pick me up 45 to 60 minutes! I know you don't want to hear what I said after that but let's just say I did apologize to her because I knew it wasn't her fault but after she put me on a very short hold, but enough to hear how important I was, she came back on the phone and told me that a lyft driver would pick me up in 4 minutes and that my insurance will pay for it!
I got home about 2 PM and spent the rest of the day & evening looking out my window and watching some of the dog walkers who are out every day. The third picture is my next-door neighbors with their 2 grandkids and Lucy their dog. I, also, thought I would point out the doggie clean-up bags management has put up around the property! And then there are my 2 June calendar dogs who greet me every day.
That evening we had that special moon and I took a couple of shots from where I sit and have dinner.
In the very last picture is a reminder that even rich people with yachts have to work on their 'homes'--in that last picture can you see the guy working on the bow?
Last, but not least, another beautiful week with one exception and that is our afternoon showers that bring very humid evenings!!
(Now I have to brace myself for another test on Monday but I will be sure the doctor's office has sent the paperwork over on Friday!!)
