shingles vaccine but left without it--called insurance company and
spoke to their pharmacist--called my insurance agent--she in turn
called someone in the top tier of the insurance company who in turn
called Walgreen's and Take Care Center and then called me--=an hour
later I got this e-mail from her--can't say I am not determined!!!
I
have been on a conference call for the past hour with the director of Take Care Centers and our contracting dept and our
Benefits Development Director. The issue for you, Mr. Goodkin, will be
resolved. I am so sorry for the confusion and inconvenience we have caused for
you. Apparently, the Take Care Centers are confused over the contract their
company just signed with us last week. I am still waiting for someone from
their corporate headquarters in Pennsylvania to call me back. I will call you
tomorrow morning when I find out the situation has been clarified. Thank you
for being the world’s most patient and understanding man. I am grateful for
