I
am posting this far enough in advance so that when I post my blogs this
weekend people can't say they weren't warned. I will be doing two
series one about sex and the other about fat. The sex may get R rated
but knowing me probably not X rated because I try to avoid vulgarity
whenever I can and can use substitute words and phrases. Hopefully you
wIll know what I mean by French active or passive. The sex series will
probably run 2-3  blogs as the first post will be with prefaces,
warnings, disclaimers and the foundation for what I want to talk about.
By the way it is my blog so I will do what I want with it.

The
series on fat will be a hard look at fat people, all those who make
resolutions and don't follow through, those who have posted blogs about
how they were going to lose weight and the fact that for over 50 years
the rate of success--people who have lost and kept their weight off for
5 or more years--for ALL and any forms of losing weight--is 2-3% and I
am part of that 2-3%. This series will also take a few posts as I want
to explain why I am, and have been considered , an expert in the field
of weight reduction and then go into how to lose fat successfully and
last, but not least, why the 12-13 blogs I have read about those who
plan to lose weight this year won't.

Tomorrow
I will be writing a movie review of the film I see on Friday plus a
birthday greeting to a fellow blogger, then on Saturday I will start
the blog about sex. I am not sure I will post it on all the places I
blog because certain blog sites take more readily to such discussions
while others don't.

Just
a few odds and ends from the past couple of days--it  being Thursday I
swung by The Home Depot and bought 2 new plants--a new Dracena and a
plant I am not familiar with called Cylamen Persicum with the bright
right flowers--and yesterday the birds confirmed I was a good guy by
getting on my shoulders but they also started nibbling on my hair which
is the signal for me to get a haircut. Notice the new bathrobe.

And
so today I went and got my semi annual crewcut and then went out on the
breezeway with a huge box of holiday cookies--I am still wearing my
winter jacket though the weatherman promised warmer weather--he
lied!!!--and now I have to think about sex!!!  LOL
