In my defense, I liked the first "Sex And The
City" movie. After seeing "Sex And The City 2" I won't say it will go
immediately on my '10 worst movies of 2010' list but if there is room it
will be on it.

There is so much wrong
with this film starting with the fact that it is 2 hours and 27 minutes
long. Sarah Jessica Parker is the producer and, consequently, has too
much screen time and is prominent in most scenes when she is with the
other actors/actresses. Sorry but I don't find her even attractive let
alone a good actress. She is/was adequate on the small screen but not on
the big one.

Yes it is all
about camp and sex and fashion but as far as the latter goes most smart,
chic, New York City women in their 40s wouldn't be caught in public
wearing  95% of these outfits. The camp aspect is personified by Liza
Minnelli 'officiating' at a gay wedding. It is time for Liza to call it
quits as she is really atrocious in this film and is not only her
musical number bad but her speech impediment, as she talks, gets worse,
more pronounced, as she gets old.

Though nothing matches the 'shower' scene in the first film there
are quite a few eye candy shots in this film for women and gay men
which offer a few laughs and sighs. Sorry but I don't find a 50+ year
old woman saying  F&*K or giving the finger is not funny.

There is so much
that is offensive, while the hotel settings are oppulent, in the scenes that take
place in Abu Dhabi (really Marrakesh) though
nothing really much happens at any time in the picture.

Yes Samantha (Kim
Cantrell) is still oversexed cruising all the men, Miranda (Cynthia
Nixon) is still over organized and Charlotte (Kristan Davis) is ever
anxious wife and mother.  Carrie (SJP)
the clothes horse looks, in many outfits, overdressed, improperly
dressed or a drag queen's version of what a sophisticated 40+ NY woman
looks like.

Penelope Cruz, in a
cameo, looks gorgeous as do some of the Australian soccer team!!!

This is a MUST MISS movie!
