Rusty Warren
I don't know how many of you are familiar with Pearl Williams or Rusty Warren--entertainers from the 1950s and 60s--who were the forerunner of Bette Midler and her Sophie jokes, Sarah Silverman, Joan Rivers, etc. but these women were known for their 'potty mouth' routines--I don't remember who did this schtick as part of their nightclub act but groan a long (I'm sure their albums are still available or they can be seen on YouTube--check them out.)
