I had decided to try 3 different yoga classes and then choose
one to stick to. I did eliminate the third one tonight though I haven't attended
the class yet and that is the Pilates as it is really exercise and I (and my
body) am not ready for that which I discovered from tonight's class which is/was
Kundalini Yoga. A lot of it was doing movements on a mat. I do not know why but
since my operation I can not lay down on my back so I had to do this sitting on
a chair and it certainly isn't the same thing and/or as effective. I, also,
really expected more on breathing as I always associate yoga and breathing as
one.
Jill took me and though she said she hasn't done yoga before she
looked like pro!!!
The class consisted of 8 women, including the leader--I was the
only man. Curious to see if there will be any men in tomorrow's
class!
Busy day tomorrow--exercise class at 11:30 AM--doctor's
appointment at 1:45 followed by another appointment at 3 PM and then the yoga
'meditation & relaxation' at 5:30 PM.
