What does the title mean?? Does the heart weigh seven pounds? The
movie doesn't answer either question and presents a jigsaw puzzle with
some interesting pieces and some not but you don't really care when it
takes 1 hour and 48 minutes to get to the last 10 minutes which tells
you a lot but leaves a lot of questions not answered.
Is this Will Smith's worst movie?? Probably. Is it the worst movie of the year? No. With Will Smith's name it will probably do good business but I am not sure if it will keep his record going regarding grosses after word of mouth gets going.

really can't ask the questions I don't have the answers to and/or that
I didn't get from the movie without giving away major plot developments
or spoilers and that's not my style.
Time is played with but not as clearly as it was in Slumdog Millionaire and can be confusing. A lot in this film doesn't make sense
or seem logical and a smart movie goer will figure out some of the
puzzle early in the film but there are pieces missing from the jigsaw
puzzle.
I just watched "I am
Legend" on HBO Wednesday night and though I didn't find it a
particularly good/interesting movie I did like Smith in it and I do
like Smith in this except he is given a character that he really can't
work with or bring anything to. Rosario Dawson does bring some extra to
her role and there is some chemistry between her and Smith but as much
as they try to make the love story a major plotline it really doesn't work that way and brings a major disbelief point at the end.
To
me this was a major disappointment in movie going and I might add that
Allen fell asleep a couple of times especially at an important plot point but it didn't make any difference regarding the ending as we both had the same questions!!
But it will captured the audience with Wil Smith name.
Have no intention is seeing this.
