An Almost Perfect Sunday Brunch Buffet Part 7

The rainy season in Florida lasts from June to
November. People know if they have to get anything done outdorrs they
should do it before 1 PM as, most times, we will get a heavy rain
around 2 and then about 5.

When Allen
picked me up the sky was clear and the sun was shining. After we had
been eating for about a half hour the lighting and thunder started.

There
was a station out on the uncovered balcony where the chefs made the
shrimp, lamb chops, grouper and chicken dishes. They obviously had many
experiences with the rains on Sunday and with the first drops it only
took them a couple of minutes to dismantle everything and take it down
to the kitchen via the steps on the right.

Weather is amazing to watch, but not always when you're hoping everything stays perfect. I don't pity those workers who have to hustle everything out of the weather.

this is the same feel in Guatamala.
Raining season is May through Oct.
Like you said most things need to get done in the morning.
Rain happen after one or so in the afternoon.

Every time we go out.Umbrella is the uniform for the day.
